These Terms govern your use of yourlifeinsuranceagency.com (the "Site"), operated by Legacy Partners Financial Network LLC under the marketing name Your Life Insurance Agency. By using the Site you agree to them.

1. What the Site is — and isn't

The Site lets you request insurance quotes and be connected with licensed independent insurance agents. Nothing on the Site is an offer of insurance, a guarantee of coverage or insurability, or a quote. All coverage is subject to the application and underwriting requirements of the issuing insurance carrier, and all guarantees are backed solely by the claims-paying ability of that carrier. Product availability, features, rates and benefits vary by state and carrier.

We are an independent insurance agency. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any government agency — including the Social Security Administration, Medicare, the Department of Veterans Affairs or the Federal Housing Administration — nor with any mortgage lender.

2. Not financial, tax or legal advice

General descriptions of products such as indexed universal life insurance and annuities, including references to tax treatment, are educational and are not personalized financial, tax or legal advice. Indexed products involve fees, surrender charges and limitations; index-linked crediting is not a direct investment in any market. Consult a qualified tax or financial professional about your own situation.

3. Sample figures and statistics

Any sample premiums, cost estimates or statistics shown on the Site are illustrative, reflect the sources and assumptions stated where they appear, and may not apply to you. Your premium depends on your age, health, tobacco use, state, and the plan and carrier you choose.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree that the information you submit is accurate and about yourself (or someone who has authorized you to act for them), that you are at least 18 years old, and that you will not use the Site for any unlawful purpose or attempt to interfere with its operation. Providing false information on an insurance application may result in denial of coverage or rescission of a policy.

5. Communications and text message (SMS) program terms

By submitting a quote request and checking the consent box you agree to be contacted as described in the consent language and our Privacy Policy, including by phone, automated calls and text messages. The terms in this section apply to our text messaging program.

5.1 Program

Your Life Insurance Agency, a marketing name of Legacy Partners Financial Network LLC, operates a recurring text message program for people who ask us for an insurance quote. The program is operated by us and by the licensed independent agents who work with us on your request.

5.2 How you join

You are enrolled only when you enter your mobile number on our quote form and affirmatively check the consent box. We do not add anyone to the program from a purchased list. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. If you would rather not receive texts, you can call us at (888) 573-6221 and request a quote by phone instead.

5.3 What we send (message use cases)

Messages relate to the quote you asked for and to your relationship with us. They include:

confirmation that we received your quote request;
questions a licensed agent needs answered in order to prepare your quote;
the coverage options and quotes themselves;
scheduling, confirming, reminding about or rescheduling a call or appointment with an agent;
application, underwriting and approval status updates;
requests for documents, information or signatures needed to complete an application;
policy service, billing and renewal reminders;
replies from customer care when you contact us; and
occasional information about other insurance products we offer, such as mortgage protection, final expense, indexed universal life and annuities.

5.4 Message frequency

Message frequency varies. How many messages you receive depends on your activity and where you are in the quoting or application process — you will typically receive more messages while a quote or application is active and few or none at other times.

5.5 Cost

Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for the messages themselves, but your wireless carrier's standard message and data rates apply to every message you send to us or receive from us. If you are not sure what your carrier charges for text messages or data, check your mobile plan before joining.

5.6 How to stop receiving messages

Reply STOP to any message from us at any time to be removed from the program. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, after which we will send no further texts to that number. You may also ask any agent to stop texting you, or email [email protected]. Opting out of texts does not withdraw any other request you have made of us; tell us if you also want calls and email to stop.

5.8 Carriers and delivery

Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, MetroPCS, Google Fi and most other US wireless carriers. Carrier support may change without notice.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of text messages depends on effective transmission by your wireless carrier and by other providers outside our control, and we cannot guarantee that any message will be delivered, or delivered on time. Wireless carriers are not parties to these Terms and are not responsible for the content of the messages.

5.9 Eligibility and your number

You must be at least 18 years old and either the subscriber to the mobile number you provide or the person customarily using it, and you must be authorized to consent to receive messages at that number. Tell us promptly if you change or give up the number so we do not text someone who did not consent.

5.10 Privacy

Mobile information collected for this program will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The Site's content, design and trademarks are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission, except for your personal, non-commercial use of the Site.

7. Third-party links and services

The Site may link to or embed third-party services such as scheduling tools, analytics and consent-verification services. We are not responsible for their content or practices, which are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, in which case they apply to the extent permitted.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Lonoke County, Arkansas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
